Touch Call Solutions, Inc. is our official name. We are registered as a corporation in Massachusetts. Our main office is listed as 700 West Center Street, Suite 4, West Bridgewater, MA 02379. The registering agent is David T. Andre, who resides at 5 Mockingbird Hill, Bridgewater, MA 02324. Davis is also listed as the Treasurer and a Director.
I am listed as the President, - and we can still steal, lie and cheat all we want!
Another one of our operations, also protected by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is Advantel Telemarketing Plus, Inc. David is listed as running the whole show here, and even though he sometimes says he is President of America's Best Telemarketing Company, I don't mind him saying that if it helps him reel in another juicy paycheck!
The ID number for Advantel is 000831811 for those of you who want to feel like you are tracking us down and want to see the official paperwork online. But get real, no one cares about you losers!
The local police, Mike Cummings at (508) 586-2525 for example, has been receiving reports about us for quite some time and has never done anything to stop us. Kristin Freeman, a local junior district attorney who is laughable in her attempts at serving justice, has also gotten involved. All she has been able to do is raise false hopes and point our victims to the helpless police force. Kristin can be reached at (508)894-6311. Many of you have contributed to complaints about us, or heard about us online. In my next installment I will link to some of these complaints, just to show you how pissed off many of our victims get. Man, they must really get frustrated since they get nothing for their money! And then they waste even more of their time trying to get even with us! Double losers!

America's Best Telemarketing Company Blatantly Commits Fraud & Laughs at Victims & Law Enforcement
Hi, I'm Christina High AKA Christina Russell, AKA Christina Ang. I'm president of America's Best Telemarketing Company.
America's Best Telemarketing Company, AKA Touch Call AKA Touch Call Solutions, AKA Advantel Telemarketing AKA Touch Tone is nothing but a group of thieves, liars, and criminals who cheat people and companies. As company president, I am writing this blog because there is NOTHING that you, as a victim or a law enforcement official can do about it! Your futile attempts to stop us have only inconvenienced us over the past few years; we continue to get stronger and scam more people every month!
Now, we have had many complaints about our service. I cannot understand why customers even think we are servicing the agreements we sign with them as we just take their money, supply the same old irrelevant list of names to customers repeatedly, and provide bogus leads. What do these cretins expect from us, what we promise in the contracts? Puhleease!
My friends and I, David Thomas Andre, AKA David Andre AKA David Thomas, Dee McKenna, Mark Hoenig (we're glad to have Mark back after our little disagreement) and others have found a great scam. We're too small for the FBI or DOJ Telemarketing Fraud Division to go after us; we hide under many individual and company names so that class action attorneys will not bother to take the case; it is difficult and expensive to sue us and win (though a few bas**rds have gotten us); and we take such small amounts from so many people that the matter can often only be brought up in small claims court!
There are other reasons why I make over $80,000 a year doing this, own a nice home in South Carolina and never fear going to jail. We only stick it to companies. That means when the owner or official of a company we have scammed complains to their local police, or ours for that matter, or even their state Attorney General's office, they are told that it is a matter of contract law and the only recourse is for them to hire an attorney. As for state Attorney Generals, they only care about companies ripping off individuals, not other companies, so we are free and clear! Isn't America great?
I have to hand it to David for his astute use of his church to help found these companies and help get them off the ground. If it weren't for his good standing in and his use of contacts in his local Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses, we would not be enjoying the windfalls we get from companies who think they are dealing with a reputable company. (Of course his Church Elders do not realize how he has sullied their name, otherwise he would not be able to belong. Either would his niece, Dee).
This blog is going to be such sport because you losers cannot do a thing to stop us. I'll see you in the next installment where I'll provide some juicy information about where we live and how we are protected by the state of Massachusetts, where we are incorporated.
